This class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis, welcome just the way you feel today!
In this class we are focusing on stretching and energizing the body, practicing Hatha Yoga in a flow. The combination of flowing and breathing in and out of the yoga positions helps you, not only to release stress and tensions in your body, but also to calm your nervous system and mind. Your energy system will be balanced, and your breathing will become deeper; a wonderful way to get rid of the week’s stress and tensions.
